I am not sure who we send feedback to regarding our IBR contractors, but I wanted to let both of you know what a top notch job Mike Mayher did at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. CCF typically can be a challenging customer for us, and Mike did a great job working with their engineers, as well as the engineers from both GE and Mobile Access. He was engaged with them daily and really did a great job making Verizon Wireless look good!
His installation became the standard for the other carriers. As a matter of fact, after they saw what a good job Mike did, they made Alltel tear out their installation and re-install it to mirror Mike's work.
It was a pleasure working with Mike. He did a great job communicating back to me on the status of the project from start to finish especially since we were faced with such a short time line. We should continue to utilize MJM Communications where ever possible. He does outstanding work!
